SOP ID Card,Vehicle Stickers

Vehicle Stickers:

  • Vehicle stickers are issues to the resident at the time of Move-In. No additional charges are to be paid for this (part of Move-In fees).
  • VBOWA will issue the stickers in following numbers (per parking slot)
    1 x Car  and  1 x Bike sticker OR
    4 x Bike stickers maximum
  • If additional stickers are required, NOC from adjacent or other parking owner should be submitted to VBOWA. Once the NOC is received, VBOWA will review and decide on approval. VBOWA will reserve all the rights in taking the decision for additional sticker distribution.
  • Parking Stickers are nontransferable and is associated with the registration number of a vehicle.
  • Residents needs to visit CRM office and handover following documents to (Association office) to receive the stickers for 2 and 4 wheelers.
  • RC book Photo Copy of the Vehicle for which the stickers has to be issued.
  • If vehicle is not in the resident’s name, a signed letter from the Owner authorizing the resident to use the vehicle has to be submitted.
  • On verification of the document Association Manager issues the sticker and puts the sticker in the vehicle. Stickers are not handed over to the resident.
  • Vehicle details are entered into CommonFloor Database by the Association Manager for future reference.
  • If the vehicle stickers are lost or unavailable due to any reason, the resident has to send an email to vbowaoffice@gmail.com  from his/her registered email ID confirming the lost/unavailability of the stickers and must pay the fee for re-issuing of stickers
    Car & Bike Sticker – Rs 100 /-

Resident ID Cards:

  • All Residents staying in the society must obtain a resident’s ID card.
  • Residents must carry their ID cards while entry and exit to the society campus. ID Cards are needed to access all facilities in the society.
  • Resident ID Cards are issues to the residents at the time of Move-In. No additional charges are to be paid for this (part of Move-In fees).
  • ID Cards will be issued for all residents who are above 15+ yrs of age.
  • ID Cards are non transferable and residents leaving the society should return the ID cards as part of Move Out process.
  • Residents must inform the CRM office immediately if an ID card is lost.
  • Number of ID cards will be issued as per the VBOWA rule, i.e., 2 resident ID cards per bedroom. Example- 3 BHK unit can get maximum of 6 resident ID Cards. Any additional ID card requirement from the rule will be done only after written approval from VBOWA.
  • VBOWA will reserve all the rights in taking the decision for additional ID Card.
  • VBOWA issues three types of cards to residents
    • Green (For Owner – With a validity of 5 years)
    • Yellow (For Tenants – With a validity of 11 months)
    • Pink (For Bachelor Tenants – With a validity of 11 months)

Residents needs to visit Association office and fill in the Resident’s Information Form with all required details. Provide the following documents.

  • Owners getting ID cards for the first time
    • Any government identity proof
    • Passport size photograph
    • Sale Deed Photo Copy ( Relevant pages which mention the Owner’s name, Flat Number , Parking Slot Number(s))
  •  Tenants getting ID cards for the first time
    • Any government identity proof
    • 1 soft copy and 2 hard copy of Stamp size photograph
    • Rental agreement copy
    • Confirmation email from owner mentioning all tenants names ( from registered email id to vbowaoffice@gmail.com )

CRM office issues the ID cards within 2 working days.

In case of expiry or loss of ID cards, the residents must visit the Association office immediately and request for a re-issue, The following process is followed by the Association office.

  • Collect the old expired/temporary ID Cards
  • Validate residents Information with the database
  • Tenants need to submit new rental agreement as well as email confirmation from owner (as done during move-in).

Charge for re-issue ( in case of expiry or loss) is Rs 200/-. This fee has to be paid at Association office before collecting the ID card.

 

Permanent maids living with the residents need to obtain ID cards from CRM office by submitting following valid identity document:

  • Any government identity proof.
  • Passport size photograph.
  • Confirmation email/letter from the resident mentioning the details of the maid.

ID card charge for permanent maid is Rs 100/- to be paid to Association office.

The validity of the ID card is 11 months. On expiry the same process has to be followed.
